Keep in mind though, if you're looking for help from a developer or one of our staff specifically, that we operate on a 9 AM to 5 PM CST work schedule and similarly aren't at our desks on weekends. However, we will do our best to answer you within 24 hours of your request or point you towards a Discord member that may be able to help you!
Keep in mind, developers generally work in the US Central Time Zone so while staff may not be able to get to your questions right away, they will do their best to answer you within the first 24 hours.
